  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 68 cubes of cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with parchment.
  2. Mix meatloaf base: In a bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, half the ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Shape & stuff: Take 2 tablespoons of mixture, flatten, and place a cube of cheese in the center. Wrap meat around cheese and form a ball.
  4. Bake: Place in muffin tin. Brush tops with remaining ketchup. Bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve: Cool slightly before serving warm with extra ketchup or dipping sauce.
