Description

Try this refreshing Vanilla Cranberry Crush Mocktail for the holidays! A non-alcoholic festive drink perfect for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cranberry juice (preferably 100% juice, not cocktail)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup (or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Club soda or sparkling water, to top off
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)
  • Optional: sugar or sweetener (if you prefer a sweeter drink)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glasses: Fill your glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Mix the cranberry juice and vanilla: In a shaker or stirring glass, combine the cranberry juice, vanilla syrup (or extract), and lime juice. Stir or shake gently to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into glasses: Pour the cranberry and vanilla mixture over the ice in each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
  4. Add the fizz: Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda. Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
  5. Garnish and serve: Garnish your drink with fresh cranberries, a sprig of mint, and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Optionally, add edible glitter for extra sparkle.
  6. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, fizzy, and fruity flavors of your Vanilla Cranberry Crush Mocktail.

Notes

  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Chill your glasses for a cooler, more refreshing drink.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding sugar or sweetener to taste.
  • Experiment with adding pomegranate or orange juice for variety.
